Tuesday mornings I'm at Sole to Soul Yoga in Albany. It's an intimate, inclusive space with room for everyone. This is a Vinyasa flow - where you'll get to really move on your mat.

This is the final week of our chakra series, leading us into the realm of the Divine Crown. This part of Self is a portal, a doorway, a boundary layer into the divine body of Nature, of belonging, and of connection to everything that was, that is, and that will be.

Every Tuesday, we'll make room for setting the foundations in some challenging postures with a whole lot of space to relinquish perfection and have fun.⁠
