Tuesday mornings I'm at Sole to Soul Yoga in Albany. It's an intimate, inclusive space with room for everyone. This is a Vinyasa flow - where you'll get to really move on your mat.

This is the week of the Third Eye! This part of Self is deeply intertwined with the Solar Plexus. It is the fluttering, wise, unlying inner eye that sees what lies behind the obvious. It is a window, a doorway into The Knowing.

Every Tuesday, we'll make room for setting the foundations in some challenging postures with a whole lot of space to relinquish perfection and have fun.⁠
